Back, neck or joint pain
Needling to settle the pain signal, then hands-on work and cupping to release what has tightened up around it. Most people notice a change within two or three visits.
Treatments most likely to be used
Cupping therapy 拔罐
Suction cups lift and decompress tight tissue — the opposite of massage pressure.
Tui na bodywork 推拿
Chinese therapeutic massage, worked through clothing. No needles.
Nothing is decided in advance — the mix is confirmed with you at the appointment, after Joy has examined you.
Headaches or migraines
Joy looks for the driver first — neck tension, sleep, jaw, digestion or hormonal timing — then treats that alongside the headache itself.
